My fee varies according to the number of guests you are having at your ceremony. If this sounds odd, it is because the amount of equipment I need to provide, and the amount of preparation that needs to be done, is generally determined by the size of the audience.
The time and expertise required for all other aspects of the preparation of your ceremony remain the same regardless of the number of guests.

THE PROCESS

Step 1: Call or email me for a chat about your wedding ceremony in Melbourne and to check my availability for your big day.

Step 2: We’ll meet for an obligation-free chat about you and your ceremony plus what I can offer you, and we’ll generally get to know each other.

Step 3: If you’d like to engage me as your celebrant, we arrange to meet at my home office to complete the legal paperwork, start preparations for your ceremony and pay a Booking and Lodgement Fee.

Step 4: You then go home and make your choices, based on resources I have given you, and send them back to me within the agreed time frame.

Step 5: Based on the information you’ve provided to me, I’ll draft a ceremony and a history and send it through for your review. You’ll have unlimited email and phone access to me, as well as the option of another meeting, so we can get your ceremony absolutely perfect.

Step 6: We’ll meet one more time (more if required) for a rehearsal of your ceremony, preferably at the ceremony venue, approximately one week before your important date. I encourage all ceremony participants to be at this rehearsal so they know exactly what they’re meant to be doing on the big day, plus it’s a fun time for everyone to get together in a relaxed and casual atmosphere – kind of like the start of the celebrations!!
